Introduction:
These terms outline the agreement between Anam Flowers (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the customer (“you”).

Services:
We provide graveside maintenance and floral delivery services as described on our website.
Each plan includes the number of visits, services, and delivery areas stated at the time of booking.

Payments:
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.
Prices are listed in euro and include VAT (if applicable).

Cancellations & Refunds:
You can cancel at any time by contacting us.
If you cancel mid-term, any unused visits will not be refunded but can be transferred to another date or recipient at our discretion.

Service Access:
We may reschedule visits in cases of severe weather or cemetery access restrictions.
We reserve the right to adjust arrangements where necessary for safety or practicality.

Liability:
We take care in all work carried out but cannot be held responsible for damage caused by third parties or events outside our control.

Privacy Policy

IInformation We Collect:
We collect your name, email address, contact details, and service information when you book or subscribe.

How We Use It:
To manage your bookings, send updates, and improve our services.
We don’t sell or share your data with third parties except as required to process payments or deliver services.

Third-Party Services:
Payments are processed via Stripe.
Mailing lists and marketing emails are managed via MailerLite.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy for how they handle data.

You can request to view, update, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us.

Refund Policy

Our work involves personalised graveside care and fresh floral arrangements prepared specifically for each booking. Because of this, refunds aren’t generally possible once a visit or delivery has been scheduled or completed.

Cancellations:

  • You can cancel or reschedule up to 5 days before a scheduled visit for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 5 days of a visit may incur costs for materials already prepared or travel time.

Subscriptions:

  • You can cancel any subscription at any time.

  • When you cancel, we’ll complete any visit already booked, and your plan will simply stop renewing.

  • Partial refunds aren’t available for unused portions of a subscription, but we can transfer remaining credit to another date, family member, or cemetery on request.

Missed Visits / Weather:

  • If bad weather or cemetery access prevents us from carrying out a visit, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost.

How to Request a Refund:
Contact us at info@anamflowers.ie within 14 days of your payment.
We’ll review each request personally and respond within 3 business days.
